Questions people ask
Do I need work experience to write the CAPM?
No. Per PMI's official eligibility requirements, you need a secondary degree (high school diploma, GED, or global equivalent) plus at least 23 hours of project management education completed before the exam. No professional experience is required, this is what makes the CAPM PMI's accessible entry-level certification, unlike the PMP which requires both experience and 35 contact hours.
Is this content actually verified against PMI, or just from blogs?
We checked directly against PMI's official CAPM certification page (pmi.org) for the current exam format and domain weighting: 150 questions, 180 minutes, 135 scored plus 15 unscored pretest questions, and the 36% / 27% / 20% / 17% domain split across Fundamentals, Business Analysis, Agile, and Predictive. Our question bank's domain mix matches that split exactly.
Does CAPM have different exam types or versions?
No. There's one CAPM exam format: 150 questions in 180 minutes. You can take it at a Pearson VUE test center or securely online, and it's offered in multiple languages, but the content and structure are the same either way. There's no separate "predictive-only" or "agile-only" version.
Should I get the question bank, the live cohort, or both?
Get the question bank if you want to build foundational knowledge at your own pace. Get the live cohort if you want concepts explained directly, with someone to ask when something doesn't click. Most people who do both start with the bank, then use the cohort to clear up whatever tripped them up.

Is this affiliated with PMI, or is it real exam content?
No affiliation, independently created, modeled on PMI's publicly published CAPM Examination Content Outline. These questions are written to test the same knowledge PMI's exam tests, not reproductions of actual PMI exam questions. atleastbegin is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
Should I do CAPM, or should I go straight for PMP?
If you don't yet have the experience PMP requires (roughly 3โ5 years leading projects, depending on your degree), CAPM is the right starting point, no experience required, just a secondary degree and 23 hours of PM education. If you already meet PMP's experience bar, you may want to go straight for
PMP instead, PMI reports a 17% higher median salary for PMP holders. Either way, an active CAPM counts toward part of PMP's training requirement if you pursue it later.
